Payment and payment methods:
Upon registration to the ISEFT Conference 2025, participants must pay their registration fee and any additional fees, such as Conference Banquet participation.
The payment is done exclusively through the website and by credit or debit card.
The following networks are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
All card data is collected safely and securely.
The data is processed by Stripe, and all transactions are subject to their terms and conditions. By submitting your payment information, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions. For more information on how Stripe processes your data, please refer to their Privacy Policy available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Invoicing
Invoices will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event. In order to ensure a smooth invoicing process, please provide the invoicing data upon registration by filling out the designated fields in the registration form.
Refund Policy
Cancellation by the organizer: In unlikely the event that the ISEFT Conference 2025 must be cancelled by the organizer, participants will be entitled to a complete refund of their registration fee as well as any additional fees that were paid for the Conference Banquet or EFT Trainers Meeting.
It should be noted, however, that the organizer cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by participants, including travel and accommodation costs.
Cancellation by the participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for the ISEFT Conference 2025, the Conference Banquet, or the EFT Trainers Meeting, they must submit a written request to the event organizer by email.
The following refund policy will apply:
Requests received more than 30 days before the event start date will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of 15% of the registration fee.
Requests received between 7-30 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee and any additional fees paid for Conference Banquet participation, less an administrative fee of 15% of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for requests received less than 7 days before the event start date. In case of emergency the organization may decide to issue a 50% refund for the Conference fee and fee trainers meeting. (for the Conference Banquet no refund).
Changes to Tickets or refunds
In the event that a participant wishes to make changes to their registration or requesting a refund, the organizer may choose to process the amount using stripe or bank transfer, depending on the specific circumstances.
Participants will be required to provide their IBAN account information to receive a bank transfer.
The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on which method to use for each individual case.
Substitution Policy
If a participant is unable to attend the ISEFT Conference 2025, they may nominate a substitute participant at no extra cost. The organizer must be notified of any substitution in writing by email no later than 7 days prior to the event start date. If the substitute participant wishes to attend the Conference Banquet, they will be responsible for paying any additional fees associated with that option.
This clause does not apply to the EFT Trainers Meeting.
Eligibility Requirements for Discounted Registration Types
Registration fees for the ISEFT Conference 2025 vary based on the registration type selected, such as Society Member, Retired Member or Student.
Participants are not required to provide proof of their eligibility for the discount during the registration process. However, the organizer reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide proof may result in the participant being charged the full registration fee.
If it is discovered that a participant has selected a discounted registration type without meeting the eligibility requirements, the participant will be charged the full registration fee and may be prohibited from attending events organized by ISEFT.
Verification and Fraud Policy
The organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided during registration, including proof of eligibility for discounted registration types.
The organizer may take appropriate action in cases of misrepresentation or fraud, which may include charging the participant the full registration fee, prohibiting the participant from attending future events, or pursuing legal action if necessary.
The organizer may also share the participant's information with law enforcement agencies or other relevant parties if fraud is suspected or confirmed.
